Lockport is a Will County city along the Des Plaines River and the I&M Canal, between Homer Glen, Lemont, and Joliet. State Street runs through the historic downtown, and I-355 on the east side of the city gives a fast route north toward the expressways and O’Hare.

Lockport Airport Car Service to Midway and O’Hare
Midway International is usually 45 minutes to an hour from Lockport, depending on your address and the time of day. It is the closer airport and our most common Lockport airport run.
O’Hare typically takes 75 minutes or more. I-355 north is usually the best route, but weekday rush hour can still add a lot, so we plan every pickup backward from your departure with a real buffer. Give us your flight number and we track it on the way back too.
For early morning flights, booking the night before is enough in most cases, but the first flights out of either airport are popular. Reserve those a few days ahead if you can.

Old Canal Days is Lockport’s signature festival, held each June near 2nd Street downtown with a parade, carnival rides, live music, an artisan market, and fireworks. The 2027 festival runs June 10 to 13. Parking downtown fills quickly, so a group drop off and pickup is often the easiest way to enjoy it.
